This stunning property, located in the heart of Venice, offers a beautiful blend of modern living and outdoor serenity. With an expansive outdoor space, a spacious master bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, we aimed to capture the essence of each feature. Despite shooting during the challenging conditions of the LA fires, we were able to preserve the home’s natural beauty with careful touch-ups, ensuring the final images truly reflect the property’s potential.
Approach
Given the scale of the property—spanning three stories—we selected the Plus Package to ensure we could comprehensively capture every aspect of the home. This included interior and exterior shots to highlight the expansive spaces and unique features. Due to the challenging atmospheric conditions caused by the LA fires, I utilized post-production to enhance the sky and restore the natural lighting, ensuring the photos presented the property in its best light. The adjustments in post-production helped bring back the clarity and vibrancy, delivering high-quality, polished images for presentation.
